Quick update, this is the best breakfast place in LA, we have to get their early if you guys want to go when you visit. It just so happens to share the name of the infamous Uncle Bill.
first, i assume you have tried ALL the different breakfast alternatives before anointing Uncle Bills the best. So what make this joint better than all the others…the food, the atmosphere, the ambiance, the prices? Also, and more importantly…please define “early”. Like, we need to “get there before noon” early or we need to “get there before 8 “ early. Also, I would be impressed if early means, right after the bars close…a la Charlie’s style.
Make sure you guys stop at the Grand Canyon on your way through Arizona. You will not be disappointed.
Also, and don’t take this the wrong way Jon, but since you moved cross county, Boston has become the premier sports city, dominating the competition. Listed in order of importance: Soccer (MLS – Revolution), Basketball (NBA –Celtics), Women’s Soccer (DIII – Wheaton College), Football (NFL – patriots), Baseball (MLB-Red Sox). I’d like to think this is a coincidence that all of our teams are flourishing at the same time that you leave the area…but there is just too much evidence suggesting otherwise. So we’ll let you know when you can come back. Don’t hold your breath.
