The Fall Lineup

So Jon and I are starting to have discussions of what shows to add to our fall lineup! I am totally excited, because last year I felt jipped w/the writers strike! I think we are in for a treat! Thursday nights tend to be our most difficult night...(and as you all know we do not indulge in modern technology like TiVo or DVRs) Therefore we fight every Thursday about whether to watch Grey's or The Office. I know it should be a no brainer and The Office should win every time, but I just can not give up on the Meridith/Derrick relationship...or poor sorry George. Monday's are easy, we always watch the Big Bang Theory followed by How I Met Your Mother...and now we will probably have to start watching Two & 1/2 Men because Jon's man crush has recently shifted from Frankie Muniz to Charlie Sheen! Oh, and obviously The Hills. Not sure how long the season is, but it is addicting and I will be watching. Tuesday's...are now going to be hard because I am not sure about 90210. I liked the first episode, (I think) but not sure how long I can handle the drama! Obviously we have to watch House at 9 so if they overlap House wins! Wednesday's - I will watch Private Practice. Jon definitely won't watch that....but I love these shows that take place in LA. It is fun trying to identify where they are filming...speaking of LA - last but not least Entourage on Sundays! I think it is on just before MadMen, so that is perfect...Any other good one's we're missing?
Now please don't judge us (or me for that matter). I know that none of the abovementioned shows have any substance whatsoever, but really after a long days work, who wants to watch something that you truly have to concentrate on!

We have TONS of Birthday's to shout out next week...stay tuned!

Have a great weekend!

While I'm usually the first to judge the blog, I must admit that for the most part I agree with your fall lineup. You are missing a few of TV's finest though. First and foremost, anyone who does not watch Friday Night Lights ought to be ashamed of themselves, it truly is one of the best shows on television; Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose! Next for a little inspiration you should also tune into NBC's, The Biggest Loser. While these contestants shed pounds and tears you can't help but fall in love with Bob (he could be Jon's next man crush). And lastly, sticking to your mindless, substance free routine, I also suggest Greek. While it's not as edgy as 90210 or Gossip Girl, it never fails to entertain and provoke a few genuine laughs.

This fall lineup is going to be legend...wait for it...dary!

i cant believe there is no DVR in the Rea household in Santa Monica. I am shocked. Is this Jon sticking to his guns like the old days of no cell phone? Could it be 2015 before a DVR appears?

TV rots your brain. You should go outside more.
