Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Can't believe it is already November 20th! This year has absolutely flown by...Jon and I are headed to Scottsdale this afternoon...but on our way we are making a pit stop in Palm Springs, CA. We are going to spend the night and tomorrow lounge by the pool at the JW Marriott Palm Desert Resort (thanks to our friend Tracy and her fabulous hookup!)

Then tomorrow afternoon it is off to watch football, eat and drink with the fam in Scottsdale Arizona!

We wish you all a very happy and healthy holiday! There is so much to be thankful for this year!

Love and kisses to everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving folks. Have safe travels and enjoy a little vaca. I’m going to call it an early day here at work, but before I do, a couple comments / observations:

First, in Scottsdale, there is a couple bar I want to recommend. The place is called the Sandbar. We really need to bring year round, outdoor drinking to the NorthEast. Seriously. If we can master the year round part, what’s to stop us from figuring out the outdoor part? Does anyone know any Babson MBAs who could help an aspiring entrepreneur achieve his dream?

Second, for all you new to the blog scene (ahhhhhem cough kate cough cough jon cough…sorry, excuse me), it turns out that if you put your cursor over any of the Bold Font text, it will bring you to yet another website or page. Well I decided to check out Tracy’s blog (good to see Tracy is doing well and having some swell times!!!) and come to find out, there is no limit on the amount of times you can post to your blog, or any limits on length of posts. Obviously Kate and Jon have been operating under the impression that less is more, and in Jon’s case that is usually the truth, but in the blog world, we need more info. Brevity is the devil. Quantity and quality please. Pictures can say 1,000 words. For example, the picture of Jon’s david beckham haircut said a hundred thousand words. Point being, follow Tracy’s lead and your bloggin’ effectiveness will increase exponentially.

Third, and lastly, I want to thank some of the other active participants in the CalTranie Project, in particular but in no particular order… Ester, dav brooks, Mindy Cohn, Tracy, and Poonj. On the other side of the ball, I want to call out some people who I know can do better. Becky!!! Where is your input? Time to grow up..let’s go. Chris Rea, I know you can contribute some useful commentary / questioning that can help us get the best out of West Coast Jon Rea. Alex and Stevo, we know 86 Amherst Street has internet access, how else could PennIsland.com be making record profits! The Lambinator….hello Lambinator…are you out there? Shanny? Ok, I give up. I could go on but fingers are tired and I’m thirsty for bud light. Have a good turkey day everyone, lots to be thankful for as usual!
